4- Reduce Stress: Stress buster come in many forms. Sometimes you are caught by working conditions and sometimes by family matters. Try to spend atleast 30 minutes daily in your favourite hobby. Avoid difficult people as soon as possible.
5- Protect Yourself From Pollution; Gift of modern life. If you cannot live in a smog free environment, try to leave the colse areas containg harmful smog. Gardening in your yard is also good to decrease pollution.

8- Avoid Excessive Drinking: You can live without alcohol. Just try it. It is better not to use alcohlic drinks as they give you nothing,but, however if you cannot live without them,use them in a moderate amount.
9- Keep a Positive Mental Outlook: There is a definite conection between healthing and peacfully living and a postive mental approach.
10- Leave it on GOD: Sometimes we try our best but the rewards are not according to our will. Dont panic as we can do nothing in many things so try your best and then leave the results on GOD.
